Step #1
Ensure your Instagram profile is public. To check using your Instagram App, tap the profile icon on the bottom right of the screen, then select menu icon on top right of screen, then go to Settings>Privacy>”Account Privacy”. For Android users, tap download where it will play the video in a new page. Tap and hold the video then select “Save file to device” from the pop up menu options to save the video file to the device in .mp4 format. You can play the video by tapping on it on the Downloads folder.
For iOS users, tap and hold the “download” button and a pop up will appear. Tap “Download linked file” within the list to download the file.
